This program is based on Lu Dongbin’s alchemical doctrine known as ‘The art of obtaining the Golden Cinnabar’. This Daoist internal art follows the laws of the Fifth Integral Field.

Lu Dongbin is the formal leader of the immortals. He is referred to as the master of the art of the Golden Cinnabar, a substance formed through the unification of the body. In his teaching it is not only important to develop various efforts within the energetic wholeness of the body, but to do so in accordance with a correct scheme.
