The Teaching of the Immortal Zhang Guo Lao Program
The teaching of Zhang Guolao is also known as the art of the return or the art of the bamboo pyramid. This is a doctrine about one of the paths to immortality. It teaches how to rid oneself of the ‘heavy’ energy, related to an array of obstacles and limitations, including illness and senility.
Ridding of the burden means changing the usual way of body functioning: an evolution embodied in the symbol of the bat. The doctrines of Zhang Guolao open the way for the acquisition of a very special type of body – the Flying body. They can be divided into three categories:
- Independence from external breathing.
- Independence from weight.
- The Art of the Flying Bat.
