The Doctrine of the Three Types of Energy		In the Daoist alchemy there are three types of energy – Qi, Jing, and Shen. Unified Center		The Unified Center, or the Center-Focus, is a place that forms a pulsation, a unified impulse, without which the alchemical process is impossible. The Doctrine of the Microcosmic Orbit		Of particular importance is the Doctrine of the Microcosmic Orbit, which is the gateway to the knowledge of the elixir, giving eternal life. The knowledge of the Small Cosmic Orbit surprises with its paradoxicality and impresses with its inaccessibility, fixing the person searching for knowledge within the conditions of impossibility. The Small Cosmic Orbit predetermines the achievement of the meaning of the Alchemical Work.
Daoist Body According to the Teachings of Zhongli Quan		A feature of this teaching is the perception of the head not as part of the human body, but rather – the body as part of the head complex. According to this doctrine, all processes occurring in the body should be subordinated to the interests of unlocking the capabilities of the brain.

This is a certain type of breathing oriented to the lower part of the abdomen, which allows one not only to distinguish between external and internal breathing, but also experience the energy of inhale.
Formation of Alchemical Consciousness		The Alchemical Consciousness is exclusive in structure – it is capable of special achievements and takes alchemical processes with all seriousness. It is able to embody the great through the small and create many from the few. It is able to perceive the smallest and embody the great, reduce the excess and complement the insufficient.
Three Cinnabar Fields		The Cinnabar Field is a place in the body where a triple conversion of energy is possible, which gives the formation of a mineral base. This field is being formed in an alchemical shaft by the means of a crucible. The Cinnabar Field itself consists of three fields or planes. This allows one to process all kinds of energies that are located or enter the body.
Mica Nutrition		The Mica Nutrition is a fundamental concept for the practicing internal alchemy. It is connected not only with the understanding of the nutrition with non-mortal food, but with the ability to perceive and identify it, since this type of nutrition should be tactilely recognized, and not just understood or applied. A practitioner of alchemy prepares himself for perceiving timelessness, and in this state, it is important to accumulate consumption of untimely food, which is called Мica Nutrition.
